The controller personally answers all requests concerning personal data.

Data processed

When you fill in the contact form or email me, I process the data you voluntarily provide:

• name, email address, company (optional), type of request and message text;
• any other information you choose to include in the message.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to follow up on your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I do not carry out profiling and I do not send unsolicited commercial communications.

Technical data and analytics

The web server records technical browsing data (for example IP address, date and time, requested page) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. These logs are kept only for as long as strictly necessary for those purposes and are overwritten automatically through periodic rotation.

To measure visits in aggregate form I use Umami, a self-hosted analytics system that does not use cookies and does not store data that could identify you. The data is not shared with third parties.

Recipients

Your data is not disseminated. It may be processed by the providers I rely on to run the site, appointed as data processors where required: the hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and the email service provider.

Transfers outside the EU

Where a provider is based or has facilities outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request and, if no contract follows, for up to 12 months after the last communication. If a contract follows, data is kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info [at] maxmagnus.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with your local supervisory authority.

Nature of the data requested

Providing the fields marked as required in the form is necessary to answer your request; without them I cannot follow up on your message.
